Monthly Studio Rentals
$100/ month & $60 per 25 bag of cone 6 white stoneware clay, which includes glazes, firings, loading and unloading of the kiln by Kathryn. Recycled clay is also available at a discount.
Working Studio Monthly Rentals are for intermediate-advanced potters, hobbyists, sculptors, wheel throwers, and ceramic artists who would like the freedom practice their craft throughout the week, and have the opportunity to work alongside Kathryn Roszko and other professional potters such as Andrew Quient, Ginger Heafey, Raya Khedker and Amalia FourHawk working in collaboration with CyclePottery. You will be able to participate in Northampton Arts Night Out each month, open to teaching your own class, and just able to learn from the richly talented and experienced potters working around you! Most of all we are a community of potters supporting one another in a comfortable, friendly and welcoming environment.
** Prior to scheduling a Monthly Rental Agreement, there will be an informal get-to-know you interview to assess your needs, and compatibility with CyclePottery’s current studio potters. Working potters must sign an agreement to adhere to the studio and common space guidelines.

“My plan was to make a few dishes for in the home. As it turns out what was really my best experience was coming with my 5 year old grand daughter. She was super intrigued when looking at the professional potters using the wheel and the environment of the studio. Even though I did not get to make many of my own dishes, sadly I am moving over the summer, I really loved working at Kathryn’s studio. Meeting other potters, working silently together each on our own projects was very meditative. I thank Kathryn for her generosity and hope for a shining future for CyclePottery.”
